Blend Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) and Evaporated Milk (1 can). While blending, slowly add the juice from Lemons (1 1/4) little by little.

In an 8- or 9-inch-square baking dish, place a layer of Maria Cookies (30). Top with a layer of lemon mixture. Repeat layers with the remaining cookies and lemon mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
