Cooking Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, add Coconut Whipped Topping (1/2 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 Tbsp), and Non-Dairy Hot Chocolate Mix (4 Tbsp). Use a whisk or a hand mixer with a whisk attachment to beat until becomes whipped cream consistency.

Pour the warm Soy Milk (3 cups) into each mug and top with whipped hot chocolate. Serve immediately with Chocolate Biscottis (4), if using.
