Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a long, deep 10x35cm loaf pan with plenty of Olive Oil (to taste).
In a large bowl, mix the Instant Dry Yeast (20 gram), Water (475 gram), Caster Sugar (80 gram), Salt (1 pinch) and Olive Oil (60 gram) together. Gradually add Bread Flour (800 gram). Using a dough hook or your hands, mix until dough is soft and elastic.
Place the dough in the greased loaf pan. Cover with cling wrap and let rise in a warm place. When the dough rises to the level of the cling wrap, remove the cling wrap.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for an hour.
Remove the tin and allow to cool on a rack or a clean surface. Serve and enjoy!
