Mix the Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and Corn Syrup (1/2 cup) in a heatproof bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 2-3 minutes. Keep your eye on it so it doesn't overflow. Don't stir.
Cover with new plastic and microwave for another 2-3 minutes.
Carefully stir in desired Food Coloring (as needed).
Quickly pour onto parchment or silpat.
Allow to harden. When hardened, shatter.
Serve and enjoy. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
