and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour to get coconut cream, just like whipped cream.
Step 2
In a blender, add
Ice (1 1/2 cups)

Almond Milk (3/4 cup)
,
Maple Syrup (3 Tbsp)
,
Espresso (2 fl oz)
,
Vegan Caramel Sauce (2 Tbsp)
and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
. Blend until well combined.
Step 3
Transfer to a tall glass and top with the chilled coconut cream.
Step 4
Top with more
Vegan Caramel Sauce (to taste)
.
Step 5
Serve with a straw and enjoy!
