On a plate add Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp) , Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) . Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the edges off the Plantains (2) , make a slight incision and peel the plantain. Cut away any imperfections. Slice it on an angle 1/4 of an inch thick.
Step 3
On a pan over high heat, add Vegetable Oil (to taste) to completely cover the bottom of the pan. Add the slices of plantain and fry for about 2 minutes each side.
