Roughly chop the
Kimchi (1 cup)
and set aside 1 cup of kimchi juice.
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices)
strips in a large saucepan or pot over medium-high heat.
Stir in the
Garlic (2 cloves)
Korean Chili Flakes (1/2 Tbsp)
until softened a bit.
Add chopped kimchi and allow it to soften a bit.
Canned Tuna (1 can)
Water (1/2 cup)
and 1 cup of kimchi juice. Allow mixture to come to a bubble.
Add in the
Tofu (1/4 block)
Just before serving, sprinkle with lots of thinly sliced green parts of the
Scallions (to taste)
