Roughly chop the Kimchi (1 cup) and set aside 1 cup of kimchi juice.
Fry Thick-Cut Bacon (4 slice) strips in a large saucepan or pot over medium-high heat.
Stir in the Onion (1/2), Garlic (2 clove), and Korean Chili Flakes (1/2 tablespoon) until softened a bit.
Add chopped kimchi and allow it to soften a bit.
Add the Tuna (1 can).
Pour in Water (1/2 cup) and 1 cup of kimchi juice. Allow mixture to come to a bubble.
Add in the Tofu (1/4 block).
Just before serving, sprinkle with lots of thinly sliced green parts of the Scallion (to taste) and serve!
