For a vegetarian-friendly version of this recipe, try Black Bean Walking Tacos: Mix 2 cans (15 to 16 oz. each) of black beans, drained and rinsed, 3/4 cup water, and Seasoning Mix in a large skillet. Prepare as directed above.

Brown the Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain.

Stir in the Taco Seasoning (1 pckg) and Water (3/4 cup). Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is thickened.

To assemble the walking tacos, open the Tortilla Chips (10 bags) and spoon about 1/4 cup of taco meat into each bag. Add your desired toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped avocado, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve with a fork.
