In a food processor puree Pine Nuts (to taste), Garlic (2 clove) and Salt (1 pinch).
Add the Fresh Basil Leaf (2 handful) and puree.
Add Olive Oil (to taste) and puree some more.
Finally add Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and puree once more. Adjust Ingredients according to your own taste and texture preference.
Cook your Rigatoni (to taste) according to the box instructions.
After draining the pasta, add in the pesto and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste). Mix well. Add Cherry Tomato (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
