Cooking Instructions

Step 1
On a pan over low heat add a couple tablespoons of Butter (1 1/2 tablespoon).
Step 2
Add the Garlic (2 clove) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 teaspoon).
Step 3
Add in the Green Beans (1 pound) and season with Sea Salt (to taste). Stir everything together and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Serve warm.
