Cooking Instructions

Step 1
On a pan over low heat add a couple tablespoons of Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Add the Garlic (2 cloves) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) .
Step 3
Add in the Green Beans (4 cups) and season with Sea Salt (to taste) . Stir everything together and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Serve warm.
