step 1
On a pan over low heat add a couple tablespoons of Butter (4 tsp).

Add the Garlic (2 cloves) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed).
step 3
Add in the Green Beans (4 cups) and season with Sea Salt (to taste). Stir everything together and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
step 4
Serve warm.
