Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Lay
Pork Ribs (to taste)
out on a sheet pan. Season both sides with
Salt (to taste)

Step 3
Add
Water (1/4 cup)
to the pan.
Step 4
Bake for 2 hours, adding more water to the bottom of the pan after 30 minutes.
Step 5
Into a mixing bowl, add
Maple Syrup (1/2 cup)
,
Ketchup (3/4 cup)
,
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
,
Coarse Ground Mustard (2 Tbsp)
,
Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp)
,
Minced Dried Onion (1 Tbsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
,
Distilled White Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (3 Tbsp)
, and
Garlic Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp)
. Whisk together until combined.
Step 6
Transfer the barbecue sauce to a pot and bring to a soft boil. When everything is warmed through, turn off the heat and set sauce aside.
Step 7
Coat the ribs in the barbecue sauce.
Step 8
Return the ribs to the oven and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 more minutes.
