Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Lay Pork Ribs (to taste) out on a sheet pan. Season both sides with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and Smoked Paprika (to taste).
Add Water (1/4 cup) to the pan.
Bake for 2 hours, adding more water to the bottom of the pan after 30 minutes.
Into a mixing bowl, add Maple Syrup (1/2 cup), Ketchup (3/4 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Coarse Ground Mustard (2 tablespoon), Smoked Paprika (1 tablespoon), Minced Dried Onion (1 tablespoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Distilled White Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Worcestershire Sauce (3 tablespoon), and Garlic Powder (1 1/2 tablespoon). Whisk together until combined.
Transfer the barbecue sauce to a pot and bring to a soft boil. When everything is warmed through, turn off the heat and set sauce aside.
Coat the ribs in the barbecue sauce.
Return the ribs to the oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 more minutes.
