Pour Kweichow Moutai Baijiu (1.25 fluid ounce) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
Pour St~Germain (0.75 fluid ounce) and Pineapple Juice (2 fluid ounce) into the shaker.
Cover and shake for 15 seconds.
Pour into a rock glass filled with ice and fill with Carbonated Water (to taste).
Top with Grenadine Syrup (0.5 fluid ounce).
Garnish with a slice of Cucumber (to taste) and serve.
