Make a lemon peel with the Lemon (1). Juice the lemon to extract 0.5 fluid ounces of lemon juice.

Fill a martini glass with ice and set it aside. Pour Kweichow Moutai Baijiu (2 fl oz) into a cocktail shaker filled with Ice (as needed).

Pour Triple Sec (1 fl oz) into the shaker.

Pour in the 0.5 fluid ounces of lemon juice and Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz).

Cover and shake for 15 seconds.

step 6

Discard the ice from the martini glass. Strain and pour the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a Lemon Peel and serve.
