Roll out half of the 9-inch Pie Crust (1) on a floured surface to 1-inch larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan. Ease pastry into pan.

Blend Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (1 cup), Corn Starch (3 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), and Vanilla Extract (as needed) in small bowl. Sprinkle on Granny Smith Apples (8 cups) and toss until coated. Add Lemon (1 Tbsp) and mix thoroughly. Arrange apple mix into crust. Cut Butter (1 Tbsp) into slices, place on top of apples.

Roll remaining 9-inch Pie Crust (1) into circle large enough to cover inverted 9-inch pie pan. Place over apples, seal edges, trim and flute. Cut slits on top to allow steam to escape.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden and apples are tender.

Cool on wire rack.

Garnish with light whipped topping.
