Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and gather ingredients.
Boneless Salmon Fillet (1)
in a baking dish and season both sides with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)
Honey Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp)
to a small mixing bowl.
Whisk them together.
Cover the salmon generously with the glaze mixture. Be sure to cover both sides of the fish.
Place salmon in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then turn on broiler for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
