Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) or on a cookie setting if you have it.

Using a mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (Sponsored) (1/2 cup) until they are white and foamy for about 1-2 minutes.

Add Organic Cane Sugar (1/2 cup) while beating, then add the Pure Almond Extract (1 tsp). Switch your whisk attachment to the regular paddle.

On the low setting, add Almond Flour (2 1/3 cups) and Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp). Switch to using your hands if you have a hard time.

Roll each cookie into balls. Dip each cookie ball into Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each cookie gently with your fingers or the back of a spoon and place an Almonds (to taste) in center.
