Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). On bottom of 9-x-13-inch baking dish, scatter Lemon (1) slices. Pat Boneless, Skin-On Chicken Thighs (2 lb) dry with paper towels and place over lemons, skin side up.

In a small bowl, combine Avocado Oil (2 Tbsp), Ground Sage (1 tsp), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Simply Organic Onion Powder (as needed), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (as needed), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (as needed), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Using a basting brush, brush each thigh with spice mixture. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken thighs have an internal temperature of 165 degrees and skin is crispy.
