Finely grind the
Ginger Cookies (2 cups)
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the ground ginger cookies,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
Templeton® Rye Whiskey (1/4 cup)
Butter (2 Tbsp)
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
When the dough is fully mixed and slightly sticky, roll into balls. Place balls on a tray and sift additional
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
over the balls.
Chill one hour before serving. Enjoy!
