Finely grind the Ginger Cookies (2 cup).
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the ground ginger cookies, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup), Templeton® Rye Whiskey (1/4 cup),Butter (2 tablespoon), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
When the dough is fully mixed and slightly sticky, roll into balls. Place balls on a tray and sift additional Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) over the balls.
Chill one hour before serving. Enjoy!
