Step 1
Add the Water (1 Tbsp) and Corn Starch (1 Tbsp) to a small bowl and mix until they are well combined.
Step 2
Add Distilled White Vinegar (1/2 cup) , Water (1/4 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Salt (1 tsp) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp) into a saucepan. Bring it to a boil over medium high heat, and don’t stir.
Step 3
Add in the corn starch and whisk, for a minute or two, until it slightly thickens.
Step 4
Use your sweet chili sauce for the application of your choice.
