Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), and arrange a rack in the middle. Place Honey (1 tablespoon), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), and Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon) in a small bowl, and stir to combine. Pour over the Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) and mix until coated.
Sprinkle the oats with Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/8 teaspoon). Stir to combine. Make sure oats are coated evenly.
Spread mixture in a thin, even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, then sitr.
Bake until light golden brown, 5-15 minutes more.
Let cool for 20 minutes, and then store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
