Heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Jarred Minced Garlic (1 tsp), Oregano Leaves (1 tsp), and Goya® Sazon con Culantro y Achiote (1 packet) to pot. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add Cooking Wine (2 Tbsp); bring to a boil. Add 1 cup water, GOYA® Black Beans (2 cans), Bay Leaves (2), Brown Sugar (1 tsp), and Distilled White Vinegar (1 tsp); bring bean mixture to a boil. Reduce to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and ingredients come together, about 15 minutes.

Season soup with Adobo Seasoning (to taste); discard bay leaf.

Divide soup evenly among serving bowls. Garnish with White Onions (to taste) and Fresh Cilantro Leaves (to taste), if desired.
