Long Grain White Rice , cooked

Cooking Instructions

Heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in 4-qt. saucepan over medium-high heat. Add Sofrito Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Goya® Sazon con Culantro y Achiote (1 packet) , Chicken Bouillon Powder (1/2 packet) , and Oregano Leaves (1/8 tsp) . Cook until vegetable mixture becomes soft and fragrant, 1 – 2 minutes. Add ½ cup water, GOYA® Red Kidney Beans (1 can) , and Tomato Sauce (1/2 cup) to vegetable mixture. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat to medium low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors come together and bean mixture becomes thick, about 15 minutes. Season beans with Adobo Seasoning (to taste) .

Divide Long Grain White Rice (2 cups) evenly among serving plates. Serve seasoned beans on top or alongside rice.
