Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) into a blender.
Step 2
Add Water (4 cups) , Salt (1 pinch) , Pitted Dates (1) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) and blend on high speed until you get milk.
Step 3
You can now add any spice/flavor you like, or store it plain in glass bottle in your fridge for up to 1 week.
