Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) into a blender.
2.
Add Water (4 cups), Salt (1 pinch), Pitted Dates (1) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) and blend on high speed until you get milk.
3.
You can now add any spice/flavor you like, or store it plain in glass bottle in your fridge for up to 1 week.
