Ingredients

Eggland's Best Classic Eggs
•

Puff Pastry
, thawed
or any dough

1/2
cup
Cherry Tomatoes
, sliced

1/3
cup
Feta Cheese
•
to taste
Salt
•
to taste
Ground Black Pepper
•
2
sprigs
Fresh Oregano
Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line baking tray with parchment paper.
2.
Roll out Puff Pastry (1/2 pckg) and place on a baking tray. Pinch or fold edges to form a crust.
3.
Bake for 6-7 minutes.
4.
While still warm, flatten the inside of the rectangle with a spoon.
5.
Gently crack Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (5) in the flattened area, taking care not to let them spill over the crust.
6.
Add sliced Cherry Tomatoes (1/2 cup) and Feta Cheese (1/3 cup). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to taste.
7.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 12-15 min until eggs are set and pastry is golden.
8.
Garnish with Fresh Oregano (2 sprigs). Enjoy!
