Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Crack Eggland's Best Organic Eggs (Brown) (4) into a bowl & beat them with Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
3.
Pour about 1/8 c egg mixture into a well-greased mini muffin pan. Place a few Brie Cheese (2 Tbsp) cubes in each well and bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
4.
Add small pieces or rosettes of Prosciutto (2 slices) and bake for 3 more minutes.
5.
Garnish with herbs if desired.
