Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray an 11 x 13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Unpackage, and roll Crescent Dough Sheet (1 lb) according to package instructions.

Line the bottom of the greased pan with rolled-up crescents.

In a large bowl, whisk Whole Milk (1 1/2 cups), Eggland's Best Organic Eggs (Brown) (5), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Add in Shredded Cheese (1 1/2 cups), Ham (8 oz), and Jalapeño Peppers (4 Tbsp).

Pour mixture over the crescent rolls.

Bake for 20 minutes covered with foil, and then an additional 20 minutes with foil removed. Casserole will be golden brown, and firm to the touch. Top with Scallions (4 Tbsp).
