Step 1
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) with the fan off.
Step 2
In a large bowl add enough
Olive Oil (as needed)
to cover the potatoes. Add in the
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
,
Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp)
,
Dried Tarragon (1 Tbsp)
,
Dried Thyme (1 Tbsp)
,
Salt (1 Tbsp)
, and
Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Clean the
Potatoes (8)
without removing the skin and cut into wedges. Add into the bowl and toss until thoroughly coated in the oil and spices.
Step 4
Once the wedges are covered in oil and spices, remove them and place on a baking rack with tray. Add a little bit of water on the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Bake the potato wedges at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool a little before serving. Enjoy!
