In a large bowl add enough Olive Oil (as needed) to cover the potatoes. Add in the McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp), Dried Tarragon (1 Tbsp), Dried Thyme (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 Tbsp), and Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp).

Clean the Potatoes (8) without removing the skin and cut into wedges. Add into the bowl and toss until thoroughly coated in the oil and spices.

Once the wedges are covered in oil and spices, remove them and place on a baking rack with tray. Add a little bit of water on the bottom of the pan.
