In a large bowl add enough Olive Oil (as needed) to cover the potatoes. Add in the Simply Organic Garlic Powder (sponsored) (1 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp), Dried Tarragon (1 Tbsp), Dried Thyme (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 Tbsp), and Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp).

Clean the Potatoes (8) without removing the skin and cut into wedges. Add into the bowl and toss until thoroughly coated in the oil and spices.
