Step 1
Clean up and cut the
Calamari (4)
into small pieces. Add enough
Olive Oil (as needed)
to cover the bottom of a large pan, and once hot add the calamari and the
Langostinos (16)
.
Step 2
Once half way cooked (a few minutes), add 2-3 splashes of the
Fish Broth (to taste)
and let the calamari finish cooking. Add the
Tomato Sauce (2 cups)
and after a few minutes of cooking add the
White Rice (5 1/3 cups)
and a couple dashes of
Food Coloring (to taste)
. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Next, using the same container you used to add the rice, add in 2 times the amount of
Fish Broth (to taste)
. Then let the rice cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then serve with
Fresh Mussels (24)
on top.
