Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To make the Lemon Thyme Simple, heat Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Water (1/4 cup) over medium until sugar is melted. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add half of the Fresh Lemon Thyme Leaves (3 sprig) and let cool 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the thyme from the syrup and store in an airtight jar.
Step 4
To make the cocktail, add Gin (2 fluid ounce) as much simple syrup as you'd like (depending on how sweet you want the drink), and a few leaves of Fresh Basil (2 sprig) to your glass.
Step 5
Add Tonic Water (5 fluid ounce) slowly, then add ice cubes.
Step 6
Garnish with a few additional sprigs of Fresh Lemon Thyme Leaves (2 sprig) and enjoy!
