Remove the skin from the fully cooked

Put chicken meat into a large pot, and pour a
Beer (1 can)
over the chicken until just covered.
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and add a jar of
Just Jan’s® Balsamic Onion Savory Spread (1/2)
, jar of
Just Jan’s® Apricot Fruit Spread (1/2)
Onion Powder (1 Tbsp)
Dry Mustard (1 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp)
Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Simmer until chicken breaks down and takes on a stringy appearance. The liquid should be reduced by more than half.
Turn up heat, and add
Yellow Mustard (1 Tbsp)
. Stir, and add
Honey (to taste)
until deisred sweetness is attained.
Remove from heat, and serve on
Buns (to taste)
Smoked Gouda (to taste)
