Step 1
Remove the skin from the fully cooked Chicken (1) , then remove all the meat from the bones.
Step 2
Put chicken meat into a large pot, and pour a Beer (1 can) over the chicken until just covered.
Step 3
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and add a jar of Just Jan’s® Balsamic Onion Savory Spread (1/2) , jar of Just Jan’s® Apricot Fruit Spread (1/2) , Onion Powder (1 Tbsp) , Dry Mustard (1 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp) , Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
Step 4
Simmer until chicken breaks down and takes on a stringy appearance. The liquid should be reduced by more than half.
Step 5
Turn up heat, and add Yellow Mustard (1 Tbsp) . Stir, and add Honey (to taste) until deisred sweetness is attained.
Step 6
Remove from heat, and serve on Buns (to taste) with some Smoked Gouda (to taste) . Enjoy!
