Remove the skin from the fully cooked Chicken (1), then remove all the meat from the bones.
Put chicken meat into a large pot, and pour a Beer (1 can) over the chicken until just covered.
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and add a jar of Just Jan’s® Balsamic Onion Savory Spread (1/2), jar of Just Jan’s® Apricot Fruit Spread (1/2), Onion Powder (1 tablespoon), Dry Mustard (1 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1 teaspoon), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Simmer until chicken breaks down and takes on a stringy appearance. The liquid should be reduced by more than half.
Turn up heat, and add Yellow Mustard (1 tablespoon). Stir, and add Honey (to taste) until deisred sweetness is attained.
Remove from heat, and serve on Buns (to taste) with some Smoked Gouda (to taste). Enjoy!
