Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl, combine
Vanilla Protein Powder (1 cup)

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup)

Coconut Flour (1/2 cup)

Hemp Seeds (3 Tbsp)
,
Stevia (2 Tbsp)
and
Salt (1/4 tsp)

Step 3
In another bowl, combine the
Coconut Oil (1/2 cup)
,
Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
, and
Coconut Cream (1/3 cup)
.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together. If mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil. If mixture is too wet, add more protein.
Step 5
Fold in the
Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup)
.
Step 6
Press the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, top will be golden brown.
Step 7
Let cool and then slice into squares. Enjoy!
