Chop the Bitter Melon Leaves (1 Tbsp). Cut the Heirloom Tomatoes (3) into wedges. In a large bowl, combine heirloom tomatoes with desired amount of Red Wine Vinaigrette (to taste), Salt (to taste), Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste), and Fresh Purple Basil (to taste).
