Add Simple Syrup (0.8 fl oz) and the juice from Meyer Lemon (1) to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Add Gin (1.5 fl oz) .
Step 3
Add Lavender Bitters (4 dashes) and a handful of ice.
Step 4
Stir for 30 seconds then strain into a lowball-sized glass. Top with Soda Water (to taste) and add a lavender sprig for garnish. Serve and enjoy!
