Sunflower Seed Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine
Oat Flour (1 cup)
Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup)
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
. Stir to combine.
Organic Eggs (2)
Coconut Oil (1/3 cup)
. Mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms.
Grease and flour a pie crust pan. Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a thick circle and lay it inside the pie pan. Spread the
Sunflower Seed Butter (3 Tbsp)
Orange Marmalade (3 Tbsp)
Roll the remaining 1/3 of dough into finger-thick ropes. Lay them across the filling crosswise. Fold in the edges.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove pie from the oven and let it cool down completely before removing it from the pan.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
