Oat Flour
1 Tbsp
Baking Powder

Organic Eggs
1/3 cup
Coconut Oil , melted
3 Tbsp
Sunflower Seed Butter
3 Tbsp
Orange Marmalade

Step 1
Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine Oat Flour (1 cup) , Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) . Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add Organic Eggs (2) and Coconut Oil (1/3 cup) . Mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms.
Step 4
Grease and flour a pie crust pan. Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a thick circle and lay it inside the pie pan. Spread the Sunflower Seed Butter (3 Tbsp) and Orange Marmalade (3 Tbsp) over top.
Step 5
Roll the remaining 1/3 of dough into finger-thick ropes. Lay them across the filling crosswise. Fold in the edges.
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Step 7
Remove pie from the oven and let it cool down completely before removing it from the pan.
Step 8
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
