Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine Oat Flour (230 gram), Coconut Sugar (100 gram), and Baking Powder (1 tablespoon). Stir to combine.
Add Organic Egg (2) and Coconut Oil (80 milliliter). Mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms.
Grease and flour a pie crust pan. Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a thick circle and lay it inside the pie pan. Spread the Sunflower Seed Butter (3 tablespoon) and Orange Marmalade (3 tablespoon) over top.
Roll the remaining 1/3 of dough into finger-thick ropes. Lay them across the filling crosswise. Fold in the edges.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove pie from the oven and let it cool down completely before removing it from the pan.
