Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Fresh Mango Chunks (2 3/4 cups) into a food processor and puree until smooth. If needed, pour and press the puree through a fine sieve.
Step 2
Add Evaporated Milk (1 3/4 cups) to the mango puree. Stir until well combined.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine Hot Water (3/4 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Gelatin Powder (2 Tbsp) . Stir, then let the mixture sit for a few minutes for the gelatin to dissolve.
Step 4
Stir the gelatin mixture again, then pour it into the mango puree.
Step 5
Add the Ice (to taste) , then keep stirring the mango pudding mixture until all of the ice has completely melted.
Step 6
Pour the mango pudding mixture into serving bowls or silicone molds. Allow it to chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
Step 7
Garnish with some additional Evaporated Milk (to taste) if you want, and Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste) . Enjoy!
