Preheat your oven at 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Warm up the Kefir Whey (80 milliliter) to lukewarm, dissolve Fresh Yeast (1 1/4 teaspoon) and Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon) in it.
Combine Bread Flour (180 gram) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 teaspoon) and whey mix to the flour in a large bowl, then knead the mixture until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
Place the dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place it in your oven while turned off. Let it rise for 3 hours.
In a small bowl mix together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and Ground Turmeric (1 teaspoon).
Roll out the dough onto parchment paper. Brush the oil mixture on the dough, then sprinkle with Poppy Seeds (1 tablespoon).
Roll up the dough and then cut it out into rolls.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 10 minutes before serving. Store in a ziplock bag for a couple of days!
