Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with a silicone mat and grease the mat with the
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)

Place the
Quick Cooking Oats (3 cups)

Raisins (2 cups)
,
Slivered Almonds (1 cup)
,
Pumpkin Seeds (1 cup)
, zest and juice from
Lemons (5)
,
Ground Lavender (1 tsp)
,
Lavender Extract (1/2 tsp)
, and
Lavender Infused Honey (3/4 cup)
in a large mixing bowl. Stir it all together thoroughly. Turn it out onto the sheet tray and spread it out evenly.
Step 3
Bake the granola for 30 minutes in preheated oven, then turn the oven off and break it all up and stir it. Put it back into the still-warm oven for 2 hours to dry out completely.
Step 4
Store it in an airtight container to use as needed! It will last for at least a week. Enjoy!
