Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with a silicone mat and grease the mat with the Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp).

Place the Quick Cooking Oats (3 cups), Raisins (2 cups), Slivered Almonds (1 cup), Pepitas (1 cup), zest and juice from Lemons (5), Ground Lavender (1 tsp), Lavender Extract (1/2 tsp), and Lavender Infused Honey (3/4 cup) in a large mixing bowl. Stir it all together thoroughly. Turn it out onto the sheet tray and spread it out evenly.

Bake the granola for 30 minutes in preheated oven, then turn the oven off and break it all up and stir it. Put it back into the still-warm oven for 2 hours to dry out completely.
