In a large skillet preheated to medium-high heat, add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Ground Pork (1.5 lb), Red Onion (1/2), and Red Chili Pepper (1/2). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Sauté until the veggies are tender and the pork is no longer pink.
