Preheat your oven to 480 degrees F (250 degrees C).
Extra Firm Tofu (8 oz)
and cut it in half lengthwise, pat it down with paper towels, pushing down with force to remove any liquid it contains.
Cut the tofu into 3/4 inch cubes and add to a bowl.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Spanish Smoked Sweet Paprika (1/2 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
to the tofu. Toss together until well combined.
Add the tofu to a baking tray lined with foil paper, make sure all the cubes of tofu are in a single layer. Bake for 15 mintues in preheated oven.
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
Add tofu to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy!
