Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 Eggland's Best Organic Eggs (Brown) (4) and Milk (2 Tbsp).

Add Scallions (2) and Cooked Bacon (4 pieces) mix well.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray. Add egg mixture {and Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste) to taste} and cook into scrambled eggs.

Open pack of rolls and use a bread knife to cut the Dinner Roll (1 pckg) in half {separating tops from bottoms}. Place on a baking sheet.

Lay 5 slices of American Cheese (5 slices) on them until covered.

Top with egg mixture, then add tops of rolls back on.

In a small bowl, mix 1 Eggland's Best Organic Egg (Brown) (1) and Water (1 Tbsp) Use basting brush to add a light egg wash to tops of rolls.

Place in oven and bake for 6-9 minutes, until rolls are starting to brown and cheese has melted. Enjoy!
