Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and prepare muffin tin with 12 liners.

In a skillet over medium heat, add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Frozen Spinach (2 cups), and Garlic (2 cloves), and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

In a large bowl, whisk Eggland’s Best Pasture Raised Eggs (10) with Sea Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and cooled spinach.

Pour egg mixture evenly into the muffin liners, place in oven, and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, top each muffin evenly with No Sugar Added Marinara Sauce (1/2 cup), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), and optional Turkey Pepperoni (12 slices).

Return to oven for another 5 minutes, until eggs are cooked and cheese is melted.
