Easy Donut Chips

Sure, you've tried bagel and pretzel chips, but have you ever had a doughnut chip? Part crisp, part chewy, and all sweet, these adorable, snackable treats are an excellent addition to brunch, dessert, or our favorite way: subbed for English muffins in the ultimate breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients
- Serves 4 +

6 Glazed Donuts
6 Donut Holes
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
to taste Fruit Jam
to taste Whipped Cream
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

STEP 1
Preheat panini press to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.) Spray with cooking spray.
STEP 2
Slice Glazed Donuts (6) in half.
STEP 3
In a bowl, mix the Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon). Dip the cut side in the cinnamon sugar.
STEP 4
Place donuts in panini press, cut side up. Press for about 30 seconds. Set aside in a plate. They crisp up as they cool off.
STEP 5
Repeat with the Donut Holes (6). Slice in half, and dip cut side into cinnamon sugar.
STEP 6
Place donut holes cut side down and press for about 30 seconds.
STEP 7
Serve immediately with some Fruit Jam (to taste) or Whipped Cream (to taste). Enjoy!
