Preheat panini press to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.) Spray with cooking spray.
Slice Glazed Donuts (6) in half.
In a bowl, mix the Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon). Dip the cut side in the cinnamon sugar.
Place donuts in panini press, cut side up. Press for about 30 seconds. Set aside in a plate. They crisp up as they cool off.
Repeat with the Donut Holes (6). Slice in half, and dip cut side into cinnamon sugar.
Place donut holes cut side down and press for about 30 seconds.
Serve immediately with some Fruit Jam (to taste) or Whipped Cream (to taste). Enjoy!
