Step 1
Spray an 8-inch-square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Fill a large saucepan with about an inch of water; set a large heatproof mixing bowl on top, and add the
White Chocolate Chips (3 1/2 cups)
and
Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups)
.
Step 3
Heat on high, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Step 4
Remove from heat, and stir in
Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations Cotton Candy Flavor Mix (2 cups)
.
Step 5
Pour fudge into prepared pan, and let cool completely.
Step 6
Once cool, cut into 9 to 12 squares.
Step 7
Garnish with pieces of
Cotton Candy (48 2/3 cups)
