Step 1
Cut off the top of the Ice Cream Cones (6) with a sharp serrated knife.
Step 2
Dip cut off edge into melted Chocolate (2 cups) and add the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups (6) as the base of the "tea cup".
Step 3
Cut off the part of the Mini Pretzels (1 handful) to form the handle of the teacup, dip one end in the melted chocolate and attach to the teacup. Place teacups in the refrigerator for a few minutes to set.
Step 4
Repeat with cake cones or waffle cones, even using sugar cookies as the saucer!
