Quick and easy shrimp fried rice. Leftover rice works best in this recipe, since giving the rice a day to dry out actually allows it to absorb the flavors better!

Cooking Instructions

In a wok or large nonstick frying pan, heat Peanut Oil (3 Tbsp) over high heat.

Add Shrimp (8 oz) and stir fry for one minute.

Add Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), Salt (as needed), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed) and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add Frozen Peas and Carrots (1 cup), Scallions (1 bunch), and stir fry for 1 minute.

Then add Long Grain White Rice (2 cups), and continue stirring and breaking up any clumps for 1 minute. Pour in Peanut Oil (3 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), and Oyster Sauce (2 tsp), and stir until everything is combined.
6.
Serve hot, and enjoy!
