Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Stir Water (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) , and Active Dry Yeast (1 pckg) together.
Step 2
Add Milk (3/4 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Bread Flour (1 cup) , beat till smooth.
Step 3
Add Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups) .
Step 4
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 5
Spray two pie pans with cooking spray and dust with Cornmeal (to taste) .
Step 6
Divide dough and place in pie pans, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Step 7
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden.
Step 8
Cool for 1 hour, then slice and serve however you want!
