Cooking Instructions
1.
Trim the Radishes (1 bunch), and cut them into halves or quarters depending on their size.
2.
Layer the radishes and Garlic (10 cloves) to a quart size mason jar.
3.
To the mason jar, add the Black Peppercorns (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (1 tsp), and Distilled White Vinegar (2 cups).
4.
Cover and shake until sugar and salt begin to dissolve.
5.
Refrigerate overnight prior to serving. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
