Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches

Some people may think the best way to eat an Oreo is to dip it in milk, but we think making Oreo ice cream sandwiches is the way to go. All you need is a bag of Oreos, your favorite ice cream, and a topping, like sprinkles or mini chocolate chips, to re-create these sweet frozen treats at home.

Cooking Instructions

Soften your Cookies and Cream Ice Cream (2 cups) and Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (2 cups) .

Line your baking sheet, then spread the softened ice cream with a spatula, about an inch thick. Cover in plastic wrap, put in the freezer overnight.

Using a biscuit cutter, cut out the ice cream.

Separate your Oreo® Mint Creme Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (to taste) and Oreo® Birthday Cake Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (to taste) , leave the frosting on.

Put your ice cream on top.

Top with the oreo.

Have fun with different flavors, roll them in Sprinkles (to taste) , Chocolate Chips (to taste) , or Nutella® (to taste) . Pop them back in the freezer and serve when ready. Enjoy!
